Integrations
run partner integrations end to end, from scope to go-live. Keep partner, product and tech teams moving to one plan, and own partner updates, risks and go-live readiness.
Help a small, close-knit team take Zeal to market and grow it, from a partner’s first integration to merchants paying every month.
Build with the team. Own the outcome.
From a payment.Zeal is the value-added-services layer for payment terminals. We are hardware- and acquirer-agnostic: a payment provider integrates Zeal once, and its merchants can switch on services that help them win repeat customers and understand their trade, on the card machines they already use.
Our go-to-market is not merchant by merchant. We integrate with payment service providers and acquirers, then help them activate their merchants. Our revenue grows when those merchants become active, paying users. This role exists to make that happen faster.
You’ll work side by side with our Co-founder and CEO and our Founder’s Associate. You’ll get partners live, turn their merchants into paying users and keep our GTM sharp, working across time zones with partners and our team in London and Cairo.

own each live partner’s funnel, from enabled to paying. Run activation campaigns, equip partner sales teams and feed blockers back to product.
keep HubSpot accurate and trusted; build decks, one-pagers, case studies and proposals; support pipeline with research, preparation, follow-ups and events.
Success is measured in net new active MIDs and recurring revenue. Along the way, integrations go live on the date agreed, conversion improves and HubSpot becomes a pipeline the whole team trusts.
Learn the product, partners and how we make money. Take over the next integration and agree the plan.
Run stand-ups and partner updates independently. Launch your first activation campaign and measure the lift.

Use synthetic data only. A hypothetical payment-service-provider partner has signed with Zeal and wants to activate its merchants. API scope is not agreed, the partner’s engineering team has competing priorities, and nobody owns go-live readiness. Design an integration-to-growth operating plan. In a completed synthetic cohort, 10,000 merchant IDs (MIDs) were enabled, 3,000 reached onboarding, 1,200 activated and 600 became paying merchants. Each paying MID generates £20 monthly recurring revenue. Assume these are unique merchants and a mature cohort; define what ‘active’ and ‘paying’ mean and identify missing information. Calculate each stage’s conversion and total MRR, then explain which bottleneck you would investigate first and why. Present your plan in a standalone HTML file, built with the AI or prototyping tools you prefer. Include: an integration plan with owners, dependencies, API/testing/release checkpoints and go-live criteria; a concise partner update explaining a risk and next steps; an activation campaign and partner-sales enablement example; and a HubSpot pipeline/dashboard outline that links partner integrations to merchant activation and recurring revenue. Prioritise three experiments with a hypothesis, comparison, primary metric, guardrails and decision rule. Explain how you would distinguish campaign impact from merchant selection or cohort maturity. Show how your approach scales across multiple PSP partners without losing ownership or data quality. Record a Loom walkthrough covering your strongest commercial decision and one trade-off. Include an AI-use log: tools, inputs, output checks and an error you corrected. Do not contact partners, run live campaigns or submit confidential information. We assess ownership, commercial reasoning, integration judgement, communication and implementation; visual polish is secondary.
Personally owned complex partner delivery from scope to launch, with clear dependencies, go-live readiness, escalation and connection to active merchants and recurring revenue.
Correct activation and MRR calculations, cohort reasoning, data-quality checks, clear metric definitions and careful causal claims.
Practical partner activation, sales enablement, HubSpot and AI workflows; a working prototype and experiments with clear verification and decision rules.
Self-awareness, openness to feedback and constructive handling of disagreement between partners, engineering, product and commercial teams.
Clear, structured writing and senior-partner presence; influence without authority, thoughtful escalation, shared ownership and effective cross-time-zone collaboration.
Truthful attribution, explicit uncertainty, privacy-aware workflows and independent verification of AI-generated output.
