Help Zeal build loyalty experiences that connect customers, merchants and brands at the point of payment. Bring clear product thinking, hands-on execution and a strong understanding of customer needs. Product Manager · Loyalty & payments. Responsibilities & requirements
- Turn customer problems into prioritised product decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Write clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Use sound judgement about payments, loyalty, privacy and commercial trade-offs.
- Use AI tools critically to prototype and verify your work.
- Communicate respectfully and take accountability.
