2. Account Setup and User Responsibilities

4.1 Loyalty Rewards: Through the Zeal Loyalty Service, you may participate in loyalty and rewards campaigns, subject to specific merchant terms and conditions. Each Merchant is responsible for their promotions, rewards, and customer service.

4.2 Eligibility: Participation in any campaign or reward program may depend on meeting the Merchant’s specific requirements, which may change or discontinue without prior notice from Zeal.

4.3 Limitations: Zeal only facilitates the loyalty program and is not liable for any disappointment or damages arising from promotions, rewards, or campaigns offered by Merchants.

5. Termination and Modifications

5.1 Account Termination by You: You may close your Zeal Account at any time by contacting us at support@zealioltd.freshdesk.com.

5.2 Account Suspension or Termination by Zeal: We reserve the right to suspend or close your account for reasons including suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or if you no longer meet eligibility requirements.

5.3 Modification of Terms: Zeal may update these terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to you. Continued use of your Zeal Account after updates take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Zeal is not responsible for third-party content, interruptions, or technical issues. Zeal will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, or economic losses. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and in any case, shall not exceed £150.
